Go to the i8ph Login page and click the Forgot Password link below the login form. Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your account, contact our support team at [email protected] with your registered email and full name.

No. i8ph strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player may only hold one active account, linked to one identity, one mobile number, and one set of payment details. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any winnings being forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account was created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

The minimum deposit on i8ph is ₱100 for most payment methods, including GCash and PayMaya. Some bank transfer methods may have a higher minimum of ₱200–₱500 depending on the bank's own transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by i8ph, though your payment provider may impose their own daily or transaction limits. Players who have set a deposit limit through our responsible gaming tools will be subject to their self-imposed cap.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your i8ph account instantly or within a few minutes. Online bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the bank's processing times. Over-the-counter deposits can take up to 24 hours to be confirmed. These are outside i8ph's control. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transfer. The amount credited to your i8ph account will be the net amount received after any provider fees.

Withdrawals & Cashouts

Log in to your i8ph account and go to My AccountWithdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer — enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method that has been verified under your name. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting your first withdrawal.

i8ph processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, provided your KYC is complete and there are no pending verification flags on your account. Once processed by i8ph, the transfer timeline depends on your payment provider:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Usually within 1–3 hours after processing
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days depending on the bank
Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. You will receive an email notification when your withdrawal has been processed.

The minimum withdrawal amount on i8ph is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit set by i8ph, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks as part of our standard security and compliance procedures. If your withdrawal is flagged for review, our team will contact you within 24 hours to request any additional documentation needed.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being delayed or rejected include:
  • KYC verification is incomplete or documents have expired
