These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the i8ph platform and all services offered through it. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account on i8ph, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By accessing the i8ph Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access the Platform, including desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets. Your continued use of the i8ph Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that person or entity.
To be eligible to register and use the i8ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
i8ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by i8ph may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
To access the full range of services on the i8ph Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. i8ph reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the i8ph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, i8ph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. i8ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify i8ph immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, i8ph is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification, which may include a Philippine driver's licence, passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or UMID card. i8ph may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawals will be suspended until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
i8ph supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount on the i8ph Platform is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your Account verification status. i8ph reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 4.4. Once your Account is verified, withdrawal requests to GCash are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution. i8ph does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. i8ph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Where Bonus Funds are present in your Account, applicable Wagering Requirements must be met before those funds or winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Funds are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification.
i8ph is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. i8ph reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. In such cases, i8ph may be required to report the transaction to the relevant authorities without notifying the Player concerned.
i8ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
i8ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, i8ph may terminate the Player's Account and forfeit all associated balances.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. i8ph reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device.
All games available on the i8ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed on screen and the rules stored on i8ph's servers, the server-side rules shall prevail.
All game outcomes on the i8ph Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. i8ph does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are sourced from the respective game providers and are independently audited.
Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets before confirmation. i8ph will not accept claims for refunds based on Player error after a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i8ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

All content on the i8ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of i8ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the i8ph Platform without the prior written consent of i8ph. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in termination of your Account and may expose you to legal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i8ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if i8ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
i8ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. i8ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. i8ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
i8ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Upon termination for breach, i8ph may forfeit any balance remaining in your Account.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting i8ph support through the contact details provided in Section 15. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending withdrawal processing times.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply after termination.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact i8ph in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. i8ph will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
i8ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, i8ph will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the i8ph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.
